Location is awesome, staff is good. Specifically Henry supported us in bookings and other stuff. Breakfast is good. Location is awesome. Most of the tour companies have their pickup and drop facilities from this hotel. The only thing to be worried about is they charge you 3% for card usage or pay in cash.

Henry and the staff were very hospitable and always helpful with a big bright smile. They were great ambassadors of Vietnam and we felt welcomed as they spoke fluent English. The rooms were comfortable, cool and clean and we felt a great value for a full fledged hotel unlike some of the smaller inns in town. Location was great in the north end of the old quarter near the night markets, cafes and restaurants.

1. Hotel located in a good place. Easy to find and go many places.👍🏻 2. Staffs have a very good services mind and helpful. 🥰 3. Good for family and a group of friends trip. Hotel have family room 3-4 people in one room.👍🏻 4. Got a big space inside the room.👍🏻 5. Comfortable bed, soft and clean. No back pain😄 6. Pho at hotel’s cafeteria have a good taste. 😋

Even before staring our trip to Vietnam, Henry has been in contact with us and was ready to resolve any queries we had. From pick up to drop off to airport the entire time it was a smooth sail. Henry is very sweet ,calm and friendly and was ready to explain us the details of every cost breakout. The hotel is located in a prime area of old town and hence have many resultants and cafe with every cuisine just a short walk away. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam.

Good Breakfast , Room looks a little tired- get a high room if traffic noise or street noise an issue . Henry on the staff was very helpful to us. Very central within a few minutes walk of the old quarter and some lovely spots . - be careful getting a cab there as there are other "Passion" hotels in the city too - so have the booking address on your phone

Before coming, there was an issue about early check-in, so I thought that was a red flag, but on the day of my arrival, the manager had a room made up so I could check-in early (10:30). From there, things went on smoothly. The cleaning ladies were nice. The reception staff was helpful. I stayed here for 5d/4N. On my second day, all the mattresses at the 3rd flr (and maybe other floors, too), were replaced with brand new ones, I was even allowed to take a shower when I came back in the afternoon after I had checked out. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Hanoi, which I usually do. Thank you, La Passion Classic Hotel guys.

Our stay at La Passion Classic was nothing short of exceptional! The rooms were cozy, clean, and perfectly suited for a comfortable visit. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Adam was amazing—always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Manager Alex went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Their dedication and hospitality made us feel so welcomed and valued. This hotel is a gem, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Breakfast is enjoyable, but it could be even better with some variety everyday. I like the coffee so much and the dry noodles, but the pho is a big no for me it has some weird taste maybe because of the coriander though I havent tried the original one yet. Food store and stalls available mostly in the evening only or maybe because its summer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Passion Classic. The experience was nothing short of perfection—10/10!
